There’s something special about the occasions that bring an entire family together.

Grandparents, grown children, cousins, and the youngest members of the family. Different households, different stages of life, all connected by a history that belongs to them.

Sometimes it’s a summer vacation, a holiday gathering, or a milestone worth celebrating. Other times, it’s simply the rare opportunity to have everyone in the same place.

Of course, we’ll make time for the photograph of everyone together. But there’s so much more to a family’s story than a single group portrait.

Grandparents with their grandchildren. Siblings together again. Each individual household. The little interactions and familiar expressions that tell you exactly who everyone was in this season of life.

I’ll help organize the different groupings ahead of time so that our time together feels thoughtful and relaxed, with room for both the portraits you’ll want to frame and the moments that happen naturally.
